The Low Down
2006's event took place on 28th March at the fantastic Perth Concert Hall. Keynote speakers included Terry Jones, founder of Travelocity.com and Chip Conley, CEO of Joie de Vivre Hospitality (San Francisco). Breakout sessions were presented by Clare McFarlane, Aries Tours (Australian Best Practice); Kaye Taylor, SK Chase and David Sharpe, BA-London Eye (British Best Practice) and Chip Conley (USA Best Practice). Delegates were also invited to get creative during an innovation brainstorming session, lead by Colin Burns, former Head of Studio with IDEO. Renowned travel journalist and presenter, Bryan Burnett kept the day flowing along as 'Master of Ceremonies'.
