Scottish Enterprise is leading an initiative, in partnership with Highlands and Island Enterprise and VisitScotland on Customer Feedback.
A new guide entitled ‘Listening to our Visitors’ is now available. Produced by an industry group in partnership with Scottish Enterprise, Highlands & Islands Enterprise & VisitScotland, this practical work book looks at ways in which gathering and effectively utilising feedback can help your business understand its customers - what do you actually know about your visitors? Who they are? Why have they come and what they want out of their trip? Awareness of this information will enable you to build up a picture which in turn can help you to identify practical ways to adapt your products and services to meet your customers increasing expectations!
