DOVE is a pioneering customer feedback initiative. It is designed to help tourism businesses across Scotland in "Delivering an Outstanding Visitor Experience", based on bespoke real time data & up-to-the-minute industry information.

DOVE is led by the industry for the benefit of the industry. Behind DOVE are Freda Newton of Jacobite, Caroline Gregory of the Lovat, Andrew Burgess of Meldrum House Hotel, Marina Huggett of Tourism Excellence Consultancy and Ian Whitaker of Cairngorm Mountain

Our Vision is for Scotland to be renown for "Delivering an Outstanding Visitor Experience". To enable that to happen we need to involve you all in generating data that will not only improve your own visitor experience but will drive improvement for our Visitor experience in Scotland as a country!

Its success is based on a pilot delivered by the "Right Direction Group" in autumn 2008. The project results were so powerful for businesses and areas alike that we are now rolling the project out across Scotland.
