Scottish Students Food Festival
The 1st Scottish Students Food Festival, will take place at the Jewel & Esk College on 24th April and its a collaborative project between Queen Margaret University and Jewel & Esk College. The nature of the event will be a mixture of industry and educational, involving a number of renowned chefs from across Scotland, who will demonstrate how they prepare their ‘signature' dishes. Additionally, students from both educational institutions will be delighting us with their work, and there will be a prize for the student preparing the best dish. There will be local producers exhibiting their work, and it's be open to the public subject to a small entry fee (£10 full price and £5 concession tickets).
